Our warranty covers manufacturing faults checked and confirmed by INVIN within 1 year from the date of delivery. Manufacturing faults must be reported to email@example.com immediately upon discovery, with a picture or a description of the fault.
We will examine your claims as quickly as possible. In some cases, a response may require more time as it requires the involvement of the manufacturer. If the manufacturing fault is verified, we will repair, replace, or, if necessary, refund the product. In that case, we will also cover the related shipping costs. The warranty does not cover damages caused by natural alterations, accidents, improper use or work by an unauthorized jewellery laboratory. In that case, we reserve the right to refuse any requests for repairs, replacements or refunds.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with our delivered product, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each claim must be submitted immediately after receipt of the product, on the day of delivery.
