Returns and Refunds
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can inform us via firstname.lastname@example.org
and return products which have not been used or damaged within 14 days of delivery to the following address:
- We do not accept jewellery returns if the identification tag is damaged or has been removed.
- For hygiene reason, we do not accept return of earrings unless they are damaged.
- Return shipping is at your expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. If you have fulfilled all the requirements set above, we will refund you all payments received less shipping costs to your original payment method. Should you not receive a refund within 21 days, please contact us at email@example.com
We are only able to process exchanges for the same ring in a different size, depending on the availability of the stock. Return shipping is at your expense, but we will send you the exchange free of additional shipping fees. To proceed with an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org,
specifying the size.
If you would like to exchange for a different piece of jewellery or if the jewellery is unavailable for exchange, please return the purchased product for a full refund and then place a new order.
